Terms of Service

Last updated: February 26, 2026

1. Service Scope (Current MVP)

CheckMyAds currently operates as a reporting and analytics platform for Google Ads accounts. In this phase, the product is read-only: we extract account data, evaluate rule-based checks, and provide recommendations. We do not automatically change campaign structure, budgets, bids, keywords, or settings unless a future product version explicitly introduces and discloses that capability.

2. OAuth Access and Account Authorization

To deliver the service, we use OAuth 2.0 and request Google Ads API access scope (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords`). You grant access to your account data for audit and reporting purposes. We never ask for or store your Google password. OAuth tokens are stored within Google Cloud infrastructure with technical and access controls required to operate the service.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation may disable connected features until you reconnect your account.

3. AI-Assisted Analysis

We process account metadata (such as campaign metrics, structural settings, and performance signals) to generate audit insights. AI-generated outputs are decision-support content and should be reviewed by the account owner before execution.

4. No Performance Guarantee

CheckMyAds provides diagnostics and recommendations, not guaranteed business outcomes. We do not guarantee ROAS, conversion volume, revenue growth, or specific financial results. You remain solely responsible for campaign decisions, ad spend, and policy compliance.

5. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with Google Ads policies and applicable regulations. We may suspend or limit access when we detect abuse, fraud, unlawful behavior, or activity that threatens platform integrity, security, or third parties.

6. Pricing and Availability

The service may include free and pay-what-feels-fair flows during early product stages. Features, limits, and pricing may evolve over time. We may update, replace, or discontinue features at our discretion, including beta or experimental modules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CheckMyAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
